Understand why Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is not a second-class priority. DEI is a core leadership competency. We will unpack how 21st Century leaders are required to be competent with DEI matters and skills and what are the components and outcomes of DEI competencies.

- Emotional intelligence (including self-awareness)
