Prior to co-founding Metcon, Vice President of Sales, Tyler Morley, worked in the field of property and construction management. Metcon provides general contractor services that includes tenant improvements for interiors and exteriors for a variety of commercial properties: industrial, multi-family, retail, restaurants, office, R & D, Biomed, dental and medical, hotels, shopping centers, labs and life sciences to name a few. They have a large crew of 40 carpenters and laborers who perform trade services such as demolition, framing, drywall, taping, painting, acoustical, ceilings and doors.
Having in-house workers enables Metcon to be flexible and competitive. They consider themselves a "One Stop Shop" where you can call one person and they will coordinate their customer's needs. This hands on communication is very valuable to their customers.
