Julie Remy is responsible for leasing and property operations for the 1.2 million-square-foot East Bay portfolio within the San Francisco/Bay Area region. Since joining Harsch in 2005, Julie has successfully integrated five acquisitions, comprising more than 20 buildings, into the portfolio. In addition to building and directing a top-notch team, Julie is directly responsible for all acquisitions, marketing, leasing, management, and capital projects. She also currently serves on the Board for Hacienda Business Park Owners Association and is a member of CREW East Bay and BOMA.
