Deacon Construction Gold Sponsor Spotlight

Deacon Construction is a general contractor specializing in general construction, remodels and tenant improvements, repair and renovation with offices in Seattle, Portland, Sacramento and Pleasanton. Their portfolio is a variety of commercial buildings in a wide variety of markets including: hospitality, retail, industrial, multifamily, dealerships/automotive, mixed use, offices, restaurants, healthcare, grocery, sports and entertainment. Services include feasibility support, preconstruction, value engineering and more. Project delivery is based on a philosophy of teamwork with the owner, designer, end-user, contractor, subcontractors and property manager to establish goals and a vision for the project, before design begins.

Having been in business since 1981, many things in the world have changed, but the company's core values remain the same: treat every relationship with honesty & fairness, teamwork, open communication and cooperation. Deacon completes between $400 and $500M of work each year and over 2/3 of that business is with repeat clients. Whether your project is large (over $100M) or small ($10K), Deacon Construction wants to help clients be successful and commits to providing the best service possible. What sets them apart from their competition is the relationships the Deacon team builds and the resulting experience that their clients, designers and subcontractors have.
