Registration, Cancellation & Refund Policy for CREW East Bay Events

Online registration for luncheons.  You may register online for our monthly luncheons until 5:00pm on the Tuesday prior to the luncheon.   After that time, you will be considered a “walk-in” and will pay the walk-in price, regardless of whether or not you are a CREW member.  Walk-in admission is on a first- come, first serve basis; we do not guarantee space at any event for walk-ins.

Cancellation policy for luncheons.  In the event you register for a monthly luncheon and subsequently need to cancel, you may cancel your registration and receive a refund or credit by emailing  creweastbayoffice@gmail.com  prior to 5:00pm on the Tuesday before the luncheon.  We are unable to process cancellations after that time, and in the event you do not cancel until after the deadline, you will forfeit your entire registration payment.

Policy for all other CREW East Bay events.  You may register online for all other chapter events until 5:00pm of the day that is the second business day prior to the event.  In the event you register for an event and subsequently need to cancel, you may cancel your registration by writing to creweastbayoffice@gmail.com prior to 5:00pm of the day that is the second business day prior to the event.   We are unable to process cancellations after that time, and in the event you do not cancel until after the deadline, you will forfeit your entire registration payment.
